Let nothing fool you like this stuff! Though at the bottom of the heat scale, for the un-initiated it still will blow you away! This is a GREAT way to introduce yourself to the NIRVANA of Blair's!!!

I use this instead of sweet and sour on egg rolls, in stir-fry or a brush on sauce for grilled chicken. I'd say this a great cooking sauce to give a decent kick to your food, but is personally too tame (and sweet) for a universal "on everything" kind of hot sauce.

The Sweet Death is perfect - I got a few other sauces for my heat loving husband, and thought - OK i'll put a brave face on and get one for myself -- this is an amazing mix of sweet mango with that sting of hot sauce. I love it and even the kids do.

This sauce sure packs a ton of flavor great on egg rolls or if you just need to give your mouth a break for one meal from that dang ultra death sauce :-)

Don't ignore this sauce just because it's at the bottom of the heat scale! This one still has a solid burn, and tastes great. I actually think this can go above Jalapeno Death and Golden Death on the heat scale, but these 3 are all pretty similar. This probably won't test your tolerance, but you'll definitely feel a tingle.

Flavor is very pleasant - not cloyingly sweet, and there's a nice all-spice finish to give it a nice balance. It's very similar to the Mango Habanero sauce in the Heat line. However, the more prominent background ingredients and the step up in spice make this the preferred choice for me. The texture is a bit on the syrupy side though; if it had the chunky, pulpy quality of the other death sauces, it would be nearly perfect.

Still, this is great on pizza and chicken, and downright HEAVENLY on spring rolls.
