Hope you enjoyed the Superbowl – Congrats to the Saints on a great game and cheers to all our New Orleans chili head fans!!
After freezing my ass off with some pre-game snowblowing (check it out – below, my face literally had icicles!), we had an awesome party with a mass variety of spicy superbowl foods. Take a look at the photo strip to see the deathlicious treats served to our guests – Pure Death Sauce Wings, Parmesan Habanero Stuffed Mushrooms, Serano Potato Turnovers with a Habanero Mango Dipping Sauce, Original Death Spiked Shrimp and Crawfish Creole, and a Chipotle Chocolate Football Cake to finish things off!! Our great new Recipe Blog has all the details!
The snow has been never-ending here on the Jersey Shore! We’ve had close to 3 feet in the last few week, which is nothing compared to our cold friends down in the DC area. I have to admit that I’ve been having a blast out there, playing in the snow like a little kid!! Our dedicated Death Sauce team has been working extra hard to make sure your orders reach you ASAP, despite the snow. Not even a blizzard will keep Death Sauce away! Keep on sending in your stories of how Death Sauce is keeping you warm this winter!! We’ll be sure to post the hottest stories in next week’s Extreme News!!
talk to you soon!

DEATH SAUCE MERCHANT OF THE WEEK -
DEATH SAUCE AUSTRALIA
Pictured above, Rob, the founder of Death Sauce Australia along with his eye-catching booth at the Australian Hot Sauce and Fiery Food Festival
Death Sauce Australia has been a part of the Blair’s Sauces and Snacks family since 1998 and is Blair’s exclusive distributor Down Under. Rob is a passionate chili head, who eagerly spreads Blair’s heat to restaurants, pubs, deli’s, and gourmet markets across Australia. Rob notes that he exclusively works with Blair’s because “Blair is the Rolls Royce of chili sauce” and Rob only wishes to handle “the best product of its type.” Congratulations to Death Sauce Australia for being our Death Merchant of the Week!!
Rob truly loves lighting people up in true Blair style!! When he runs into a non-chili head, he has been known to sneak a drop of Death Sauce into their soup! He thoroughly enjoys watching them “get the whole flavor thing” and come running back for more! He has turned many folks into daily users of Blair’s. Rob spoke of how much he loves the passion of chili heads and how he prides himself on the long-term relationships he has built with his customers.
If you happen to be in Melbourne-Victoria, Australia on February 20-21, be sure to check out the 10th annual “Hot Sauce and Fiery Food Festival.” Rob will be there for the 10th time!!! Just look for the Death Sauce Stand, “it will be easy to find, it’s the one with the largest crowds around it!” It’s sure to be a blast!
Thank you to Rob for such a great job representing Death Sauce Down Under!!
DEATH SAUCE AROUND THE GLOBE
“When I´m out and about I´m always on the hunt for new, good sauces because in Norway the food is so bland and people don´t tolerate spice, so good sauces are nowhere to be found. I was visiting the states and picked up a bottle of your Sudden Death sauce, thinking it was just another gimmick in a catchy bottle. Holy mother of f%#k!!!!! I opened the bottle and gave a little shake on my eggs this morning and nearly lost my head. I can still feel it working in my stomach. Good job to you guys. Thanks.” Eric, Norway
