Karin -General Operations Manager. Karin is the outer skin of every chili. She handles all day to day activity in the life of her crazy leader Blair. Without Karin, as Blair always says, death sauce would not be the same. We love her and so do our chilipals.
Luis- Warehouse Manager. This is man that makes sure the UPS and FEDEX trucks are filled every day. Luis has spent years with Blair and is also the only one that Blair will work with on the famous Reserves. His dedication is unmatched and can often be seen on the trade show circuit.

(Canada) Aubrey. This chilihead heads up Blair's Canada Operations. Aubrey joined forces with Blair in 2004 and is now spreading the heat in Canada.
