You’re kidding, right? The sauces are called "Death" because they take you to the brink of heat intoxication and drop you off just short of eternity for a "Feel Alive!" sensation.

In a word, PASSION. We love peppers like nobody else. Blair's sauces are all made with the finest and most exotic ingredients, and they’re all put together with a real love for spicy food. The result? TASTE IT! Made in very small batches of only around 100 cases at time. No mass production line. We make our products DAILY. You can be assured you are not purchasing mass warehoused products. In fact, it's likely that when the sauce or chips arrive at your door, they will only have been just born.

All of Blair’s sauces, both the Death Sauces and Heat, are all natural hot sauces with varying degrees of "hotness" jam-packed with flavor. The sauces go from "warming" to "flames in your mouth". Capsaicin is the naturally occurring substance which gives peppers their "hotness". In 1912, Wilbur Scoville developed a test to measure the heat of a pepper. Bell peppers range from 0-100 Scoville Units while pure capsaicin ranks about 16,000,000. The Habanero pepper tests out about 200,000 to 300,000 scovilles and is found in Blair’s red sauces. Our green sauces are made with a mix of peppers that include the Jalapeno peppers that rank about 5,000 scovilles. Blair's record-breaking 16 Million Reserve is 16,000,000 scovilles!

Blair’s tasty products are all proudly made in the USA. Our chips are made in the country’s heartland close to where we grow the best potatoes. Our various hot sauces are produced in secret locations around the country. In the middle of the night. When the Death Elves come out. Ready to play with fire.

Well, with a couple clicks, we’ll have it dropped off at your door in a matter of days via UPS. On the other hand, if you are asking what store, we’d have to say "Your guess is as good as ours!" However, look for our products in finer gourmet shops, specialty food markets as well as some places you never thought you would see us. Such as the Taj Mahal, Grand Central Station, Mall of America, Ginza in Japan, Stratton Mountain, the strip in Vegas, Beverly Hills, Key West, Brazil, Sweden, Italy, London, Our Friends in the North "Canada" We have even sent Blair’s Sauces to the Artic Circle (to provide some warmth) and just about everywhere else.
