All you need:
4 4oz tuna steaks (sushi grade tuna works best!)
Blair’s Wasabi Green Tea Heat Sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
Marinate tuna steak in Blair’s Wasabi Green Tea Heat Sauce for approx 30 minutes (pour sauce over tuna in a zip loc bag and shake to coat). Heat large skillet (grill pan, if possible) over high heat. Add olive oil to pan. Sear tuna steak on both sides, about 30 seconds per side. Serve over rice. Enjoy!

Pure Death Smoked Oysters.
The combination of Salty Briny Smokey Oysters and the Fresh Fruity Spicy
flavor of PURE DEATH make for a great combination!
Use One Tin Smoked Oysters. Open and place in a strainer until well drained.
Add a couple of tablespoons of PURE DEATH SAUCE and scoop up and enjoy with
your favorite crackers.
